Treatment Overview
Exosomes offer a natural and effective way to rejuvenate your skin and hair. Exosomes function as the signalling messengers from stem cells and have the ability to activate your own cells to function as actively and efficiently as young people’s cells. They promote the growth of new hair follicles, increase blood supply to existing hair follicles. This results in thicker, fuller hair and can even help prevent further hair loss.
Exosomes FAQs
E50 Exosomes use a proprietary process, known as ENTR® Technology, to collect exosomes from the fibroblast cells of salmon testes and then cultivate these exosomes in dermis stem cell media. This method uses ultrasound and enables the creation of exosomes which are customised for either skin rejuvenation or hair growth. Both the cell host and the cell media which are utilised in the creation of E50 Exosomes are fully salmon derived. They are farmed salmon and the process is highly controlled. Utilising salmon cells ensures that E50 Exosomes have low levels of free radicals and impurities. Using ENTR® Technology limits the doubling time of the harvested exosomes. This quicker process allows for a final product which is homogenous and pure, with up to 10,000 fold more exosomes per unit than other exosom
We also use Exovair, which uses plant based exosomes. It is a mixture of 8 billion exosomes, 5 growth factors, antelocollagen and 7 amino acids. manufacturers.
A microneedling device is used to create tiny micro-injuries in the skin, which allows for the stem cell-derived exosomes to be delivered directly into the skin. This is a must, because while exosomes are nanoparticles, many cannot penetrate the skin barrier on their own and therefore need those little channels through the top layers of skin in order to start communicating with skin cells.
We also offer the use of TargetCool in order to allow more exosomes to penetrate deeper layers of the skin. This is highly beneficial to increase the amount of exosomes reaching their target cells as we are not legally allowed to inject exosomes. This increase in penetration between surface use, microneedling and the use of TargetCool can be visualised below.
As this is a relatively new procedure it is still widely unregulated. There are some laws that you should ensure that your clinician is abiding by. It is illegal to inject exosomes in the UK and to use human-derived exosomes due to the risk of DNA transference. It is therefore important to check that the carrier molecule is also not human. You should also try to gauge how many exosomes are in the product, as obviously the more exosomes that reach the desired site the better the outcome.
Anti-inflammatory – Exosome serves as a steroid alternative for managing dermatitis, inflammatory acne, hair follicle inflammation, and atopic dermatitis.
Antioxidant – Exosomes help suppress active oxygen harmful to the body, thereby aiding in wrinkle improvement and ageing prevention.
Regenerative – Exosomes foster the regeneration of damaged cells through paracrine effects. They have a comprehensive impact by rebuilding the skin barrier and fostering new blood vessel formation.
Whitening – This therapy contributes to skin color improvement by reducing melanin production in cells, and rapidly restoring skin tone affected by ultraviolet exposure.
Exosomes can be used in hair loss due to their growth factor content. When applied they will trigger healing, cell stimulation and natural regeneration of these hair follicles. Exosome hair loss therapy is cutting-edge in hair restoration. Exosomes are ideal for people with thinning hair, excessive shedding or hair loss proper. This is because Exosomes are regenerative cells that can heal, repair, stimulate and restore cells and tissues.
The best treatment to be used in combination for hair loss is PRP. For skin, the results are far superior with the use of TargetCool.
For skin it is advisable to begin with 3 treatments, while for hair 5 treatments are advisable. The initial treatment course will be scheduled so sessions are 4 weeks apart. Follow up treatments vary per person, but generally in the first year another treatment at 6 then 12 months is advised.
